Scholarships

Brief List of Potential Scholarships for PT Students:

  • Georgia State Alumni Scholarships (Opens in December – Closes in February)
  • Georgia State Scholarships
    -Brook Cycling Scholarship: Undergrad or Graduate students who are members of the University Cycling Club or who demonstrate an interest in cycling
    -Ernest Elwood Wright Jr. Scholarship: Deserving students who demonstrated financial need and a strong drive to finish their education
    -Ezzard Scholarship: Deserving students attending, scheduled to attend, or planning to attend
    -GSU Parents Association Endowed Scholarship: Parent(s) or guardian(s) are members of the Georgia State University Parent’s Association
    -George M. Sparks: Provide scholarship for graduate work, preference given to students who have worked or are working while going to school
    -Hispanic College Fund
    -Kathleen D. Crouch Memorial Scholarship: Students who demonstrate financial need. Preference will be given to older students who wish to further their education
    -Leszek Wergrzyn Scholarship: Preference given to students who indicate they are members of the Christian faith
    -Lettie Pate Whitehead Scholarship: Female students who must reside in one of nine southern states
    -Marty Cason Memorial Scholarship: A student to participate in the kayak training program within the Touch the Earth Outdoor Program
    -Nell Trotter Endowed Scholarship: Active in campus and community involvement
    -Speir Brook Scholarship: Members of Georgia State University Cycling Club
    -Steven & Lisa Asplundh: Preference given to those who graduated from The Academy of the New Church High School
    -Teresa O’Hara Scholarship: Demonstrating financial need
    -William C. “Bill” Sparrow Endowed Scholarship
    -William M. Suttles Endowed Scholarship
